Challenge
When COVID struck, all of P&O Cruise’s ships sat empty on the horizon and they had the additional headache of two brand new ships having just been built. Post-pandemic, they had two clear missions: To fill the two new ships and to attract more ‘newcomers’ ie people new to cruising.
Solution
Our main focus has been to drive the SEO strategy through extensive keyword, market and competitor research. We then provide the P&O Cruises team with content recommendations which has led to the creation of a strong newcomer content hub.
Result
In October 2022, we reported year-on-year growth of 1,200% in traffic to their newcomer pages as a result of optimisation, new content and content recommendations.

Hillier appointed us to build a new eCommerce website for them, and since then we have worked closely with their marketing team to increase the visibility of the site online, drive more qualified traffic, and ultimately increase online sales.
Solution
We provide a range of services for Hillier, including Google Search Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook, SEO and conversion rate optimisation. A key area of focus in Q1 2022 was setting up Performance Max campaigns. By Q2 almost half of all transactions were coming from this campaign.
